  Verification & Approval

  Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure compatibility and warranty eligibility before issuing a formal return shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage to sensitive sensors or controllers during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for integrity; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
